Mark B. Lehnardt, Esq., has been practicing law in the United States for more than 15 years. He represents foreign producers, foreign exporters, and U.S. importers in U.S. antidumping and countervailing proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization. Drawing upon his experience researching and drafting legal memoranda for a judge on the Court of International Trade, and representing the United States as an attorney for the Department of Commerce, Mark provides effective advocacy and pragmatic approaches to problem solving.
